Walker Jacket Charbon

The Walker is a companion for all seasons. It is made of 100% wool, woven like a knit and felted like a Loden. This is why it is so light, naturally stretchy, silent in movement and practically wrinkle-free. Despite its low weight, it offers reliable protection and regulates body temperature.

The new, athletically cut jacket has a closer fit, an elongated silhouette and is completely unlined. This keeps it comfortably stretchy so it moves with you. A border of pure wool, woven in Austria, frames the entire Walker. On the outside there are two lower flap pockets and a chest pocket, on the inside a patch pocket for wallet or keys.

The first traces of this garment can be found in sales documents from the Middle Ages, when an Austrian craftsman began producing this special wool fabric. Since then, the Walker has been a classic that still looks remarkably modern today. And it does not release any microplastics into the environment and only rarely needs washing.

The Walker usually does not need to be washed, as the wool is naturally dirt and odour resistant. Most odours disappear simply by airing it out. Allow coarse dirt to dry at room temperature and then brush it off with a soft clothes brush. If odours or soiling cannot be removed this way, RIER recommends professional cleaning.
